1. Property Details & Amenities

   • Know your Total Plot Area and Built-up area in sq ft (excluding turf, garden, etc.)

   • Exact location with Google Maps link (go to Google Maps and copy the link before you start your application)

2. Owner Identity Proofs

   • Aadhar Card front and back copies (PDF or image jpeg)

   • PAN Card (PDF or image jpeg)

   • GST Certificate (if applicable) (PDF or image jpeg)

3. Ownership / Legal Authority

   • Sale Deed / Title Deed / Share Certificate

   • OR Registered Lease Agreement

   • OR Management Agreement with Owner

4. Government Approvals (Optional)

   • MTDC / ITDC / Other certificates (if available)

5. Villa Media Uploads

   • At least 15 High-Quality Photos of Property/Villa/Homestay (Interior + Exterior)

   • HD Video (optional)

6. Applicant Photo

   • A recent passport-size digital photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
