Section A: Applicant's Details
Enter the full legal name of the person or company applying — this can be the villa owner or an authorized representative from a management company.
Enter a valid mobile number of the villa owner or authorized contact person. This number will be used for verification and communication by AIVHA.
Provide an alternate mobile number of the villa owner or management company, if available. This will be used only if the primary number is unreachable.
Provide an active email address of the villa owner or authorized representative. All official AIVHA communications and certificate copies will be sent to this email.
Provide a secondary/alternate email address if different from the Primary email if this is going to be used for bookings and regular correspondence. All official AIVHA email will only be sent on the Primary Email ID.

Section B: Villa Property Details
Property Type
Select the category that best describes your property’s physical structure or style.
Please enter the official name of the Property/Villa/Homestay/Service Apartment you are registering with AIVHA

Enter the total built-up or constructed area. Excluding Gardens, Swimming pool, Terraces, Turfs and open areas.
Please enter the number of usable bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are assumed to be standard in all villas. If not present, a common area must be available for guests
Enter the number of full-sized living rooms available to guests. Do not include enclosed terrace space.
Total number bathrooms which are inside the bedroom
Overall number of bathrooms in the villa. Inside and outside the bedrooms
Without Shower or Bathing Facilities. Please select 0 (zero) if not applicable
Additional Guest Sapces
Number of car parking available. Enclosed and private open parking. Do not include paid parking,
Max number of guests allowed without extra mattresses or extra beds

Specify how many guests your base rate includes (e.g. 6, 10,12, 15,18) this depends on the number of bedrooms.

Your lowest and highest rate for Mon–Thu base occupancy. Exclude charges for extra guests.
Actual rates for these two days (not averaged). If same as weekday or Saturday, repeat the same value. Mention your Min and Max rates
This is considered peak day. Mention both min and max if your rate varies based on base group size, season, or demand. Does not include Christmas and New Year.
Tariff per person beyond the base group for every additional guests. If you do not allow extra guests, mention 0
Special discounted rate for children between ages 5yrs to 9yrs. This is AIVHA Policy for Kids to Promote families with kids. If you do not allow kids mention 0.

Property & Owner Identity Documents
Add Front and Back of Aadhar, or Just the front if you are uploading Digital Aadhar Upload the Aadhar card of the legal property owner or applicant. If jointly owned, upload primary owner’s
Applicant's PAN Number or use company PAN if property is registered under a firm.
Enter your 15-character GSTIN. Leave blank if not registered for GST.
Upload the PAN card linked to the villa: individual PAN for personal ownership or company PAN if under a
Upload your GST registration certificate if applicable. This is optional but recommended for registered villas falling in the GST bracket
Upload Proof of Ownership / Authorization to Manage Property
Add all relevant documents. Without these mandatory documents your application will not be approved by AIVHA
Upload any one of the following documents:
a) Property Ownership Document (Sale Deed, Title Deed, 7/12 Extract, Society Share Certificate). This should match the name on the Aadhar submitted above.
b) Registered Lease Agreement + any one document from "a)"
c) Management Agreement with Owner (if managed by a company)
d) NOC from Owner with Aadhar + any document proof from "a)"
2. Villa-Related Uploads
Upload atleast 15 high quality images covering all areas of your property. Eg.: Full Villa View, Living Room, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Pool, Garden, Turf, Play Area etc. You could also add a HD video of the Property.
SECTION F: Digital Self-Declaration & Final Consent
AIVHA Integrated Self-Declaration Form
Upload a recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm or 35mm x 45mm) taken within the last 6 months. Use a light, plain background. This photo will automatically be attached to your Self-Declaration form.
I hereby declare that:
1. I am the lawful owner of the villa/homestay listed in this AIVHA application form, or I have legal authority to manage it.
2. All information provided in this application is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge.
3. I confirm that all uploaded documents are true and accurate copies of the originals.
4. I agree to abide by all AIVHA policies, listing guidelines, ethical standards, and applicable local laws.
5. I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local taxation, safety, legal licensing, and operational norms.
6. I understand that AIVHA is not responsible for any misrepresentation or misinformation submitted by me in this form.
7. I accept full liability for any legal consequences arising due to inaccurate or misleading information.
8. I indemnify and hold harmless AIVHA (All India Villas and Homestays Association), its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates from any loss, claims, damages, penalties, or legal actions arising from my submission.
9. I understand that under Section 10-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, this digital declaration is legally binding without a physical signature.
