Before You Begin – Keep These Documents Ready

This form must be completed in one go, as there is currently no "Save & Continue Later" option. To ensure a smooth and complete application process, please keep the following documents and details ready before you start filling this form. This form will take approx. 20 mins to fill. Make sure you have internet connectivity while filling the form.

  1. Property Details & Amenities

    • Know your Total Plot Area and Built-up area in sq ft (excluding turf, garden, etc.)

    • Exact location with Google Maps link (go to Google Maps and copy the link before you start your application)

  2. Owner Identity Proofs

    • Aadhar Card front and back copies (PDF or image jpeg)

    • PAN Card (PDF or image jpeg)

    • GST Certificate (if applicable) (PDF or image jpeg)

  3. Ownership / Legal Authority

  4. Villa Media Uploads

    • At least 15 High-Quality Photos of Property/Villa/Homestay (Interior + Exterior)

    • HD Video (optional)

  5. Applicant Photo

    • A recent passport-size digital photograph (taken within the last 6 months)

  6. ​Do not use commas ( , ) in numeric fields such as plot area, built-up area, or guest capacity. Example: Write 2500 not 2,500

  7. ​⚠️ IMPORTANT: Sections A, B, C, D, E & F must be completely filled. No field should be left blank. Ensure all required tick marks and details are provided. Your application will be rejected if your form is incomplete.

Enter the full legal name of the person or company applying — this can be the villa owner or an authorized representative from a management company.

Enter a valid mobile number of the villa owner or authorized contact person. This number will be used for verification and communication by AIVHA.

Provide an alternate mobile number of the villa owner or management company, if available. This will be used only if the primary number is unreachable.

Provide an active email address of the villa owner or authorized representative. All official AIVHA communications and certificate copies will be sent to this email.

Does the Owner Reside at the Property?

Enter the total plot area of your property, including lawn, driveway, terraces, pool, turf, and other open spaces.

  • For standalone villas: include all external open areas + built-up space.

  • For service apartments (individual unit): mention carpet area.

  • For apartment buildings: mention the total built-up area of the entire building.

Please enter the number of usable bedrooms.Living room and kitchen are assumed to be standard in all villas. If not present, a common area must be available for guests
