Section A: Applicant's Details




Enter the full legal name of the person or company applying — this can be the villa owner or an authorized representative from a management company.
Enter a valid mobile number of the villa owner or authorized contact person. This number will be used for verification and communication by AIVHA.
Provide an active email address of the villa owner or authorized representative. All official AIVHA communications and certificate copies will be sent to this email.
Start typing the locality or building and select the full location. It will auto-detect your address from Google Maps
Provide an alternate mobile number of the villa owner or management company, if available. This will be used only if the primary number is unreachable.
Provide a secondary/alternate email address if different from the Primary email if this is going to be used for bookings and regular correspondence. All official AIVHA email will only be sent on the Primary Email ID.

Property Type

Enter the total plot area of your property, including lawn, driveway, etc. enter numbers only without commas.
Enter the total built-up or constructed area. Excluding Gardens, Swimming pool, Terraces, Turfs and open areas.
Please enter the number of usable bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are assumed to be standard in all villas. If not present, a common area must be available for guests
Enter the number of full-sized living rooms available to guests. Do not include enclosed terrace space.
Total number bathrooms which are inside the bedroom
Overall number of bathrooms in the villa. Inside and outside the bedrooms

Number of car parking available. Enclosed and private open parking. Do not include paid parking,

This is considered peak day. Mention both min and max if your rate varies based on base group size, season, or demand. Does not include Christmas and New Year.
Tariff per person beyond the base group for every additional guests. If you do not allow extra guests, mention 0
